note taker with braille display, wanted!!!

Hello all,
I'm looking for a no taker with a braille display such as a braille note/braille light. If possible, I'd like it to be compatible with a laptop/desktop, and be able to use it with jaws for windows. A reasonable price, and a payment plan would both be much appriciated.
